We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of town was perfect for exploring all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even making arrangements for us to rest in another room before check-in time later in the morning. The room itself was very comfortable, with air conditioning for those hot days and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV for some leisure time. The dining restaurant on-site provided delicious meals, and we loved being able to dine outdoors in the beautiful courtyard. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for families.

The hotel was located in a very quiet street, but still close to public transportation. The cafe on North Street had good coffee, and the hotel was situated in the historical center of the city.

The shower in the room had an odd setup that made it inconvenient to use.

I had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Pingyao. The location was perfect, right inside the ancient city walls, allowing for easy exploration. The courtyard was very nice and quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, providing useful information and speaking English fluently. The hotel also offered great services, such as laundry, tours to Hukou Waterfalls, and drop-off to the station. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pingyao

The room was clean and cosy, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The courtyard was a peaceful retreat in the midst of the busy city. The staff were helpful and friendly, despite their limited language abilities. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the ancient city.

The hotel was difficult to find as the directions given weren't very clear. Lastly, although the cute little dog was explained to be safe because it had received all injections, it still made me feel a bit uneasy being allowed to run around freely.

Loved the location, it was very convenient to get around and explore the surrounding area. The courtyard was a real highlight, very beautiful and peaceful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful which made our experience here even better.

The hot water wasn't consistent, which made it difficult for us when showering. , we struggled with the payment methods as we were not able to use our western cards, and getting cash out in the area was quite challenging.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the historic town and close to everything. The courtyard looks beautiful at night and the staff is very welcoming. Additionally, the facilities are good and the hotel is very clean.
